I feel pretty....

Her first pony tail! I love being the mommy of a little girl. I don't know if Em going to be much of a girly girl though, she might end up being a tomboy. She's pretty tough.

(by the way, she hated the pony tail....go figure.)

More Birthday Celebration

J and I celebrated our birthday with the fam. We had one of my fav foods (and what is turning out to be my birthday tradition) O'Malia's Fried Chicken! Yum!

J's awesome Cars birthday Cake.
The beloved bike and helmet.

Em got to sport around in the big wheels jeep.

J's "friends" birthday party at the swingset store.
I think all his guests needed naps when they got home. It was lots of fun.

Aunt Jenni made the cute cupcakes.

Birthday fun stuff.

This first video is Em playing with my birthday baloons...cute.

This second video is J's birthday party at Gam and Papaw's house where he got his new bike. The weather was so beautiful that we were able to go right outside and play!

Birthday Present Thank You

This is for my mom and dad (Grandma Laura and Papaw Vinny)

He loves his personalized Thomas The Tank Engine plate!

Thank you!

(The little monster rolling around on the floor back there is just a little bonus.)

Happy Birthday, Jakey!

J's birthday celebrating started yesterday when Papaw came and took him on his first visit ever to Chuck-E-Cheese! He had a great time....thanks Papaw!
This morning, J woke up to balloons and a special birthday crown. Plus he got to have his favorite, chocolate donuts for breakfast.

Of course, Em loved the balloons too.

Here's 5 years of Jakey....I can't believe it. I would have put every picture of him that we have in this slide show, but it would probably take hours. I loved looking back through all the pictures, though....it's been a wonderful 5 years!

Spaghetti Night and Bath Night go together like peas and carrots.

Em was being particularly cute with her spaghetti sauce face, so I had to grab the camera. This pic would be frame worthy, if it weren't for the sauce.
I wish I had these lashes....they go on for days.

She was a bit surprised when she lifted that cup to her face and water poured out all over her....it took care of the sauce though!

It's J and Mommy Eve...tomorrow's the big day!!!
